Starting in the ruthless world of anime dvd-rips, Shinsen has grown to become a steady, pioneering behemoth of a group with over 400 releases in the space of 2 years. Many of these releases have used new codecs such as H.264. This forward thinking has allowed them to integrate H.264 releases alongside their XviD releases to assist in the smooth progression to the new codec. To aid them, they decided to support the CCCP, which they believe to be the best codec pack available. They have one of the members of the CCCP team as part of their staff, which will make the objectives significantly easier to achieve.
