Thank you Keeper, the 4.02 wouldnt install for some reason, but i read the readme too it and went and got 3.11a and installed that. it worked ^^. Thank you both ^^

Yes. Funny how microsoft's wma encoder was hacked and renamed DivX Audio Compressor... ah, the shady way divx started.
