Please optimize CCCP for Intel Haswell and take advantage of AVX/AVX2 instruction set.

This is probably more appropriate for the libavcodec line of upstream (ffmpeg/libav).

AVX is already used where applicable and where someone had the time to write assembly code (it came out with Sandy Bridge), and AVX2 will most probably be used as soon as someone gets a machine on which performance can actually be tested. x264's lead developer has already talked that he was looking forward to it.
