I can add that video memory size is also incorrectly detected in 32-bit Vista as well.
I have GF 7600GS with 256MB of video memory and AGP aperture in BIOS is set to 64MB.
No way i can have 551MB Vista SP1 shows me. It is shown in computer performance index tool, dxdiag and System Information tool.
And in CCCPI as well.

Assuming it is not some integrated chip with system memory mangling, you can go ahead and ask Microsoft or NVIDIA what's up.

Nope. It is a standalone GF AGP card with latest drivers from nVIDIA.Drivers are dated December 2007.

This bug is also present in Vista 32-Bit SP1.
Vista thinks i have 559MB of video RAM while i actually have GF 7600GT with discrete 256MBs. And AGP aperture in BIOS is set to 64MB
So where Vista gets this "shared memory 303MB " from i have no idea.
Seems this is some reservation done by DirectX in Vista or Vista itself.

Not a serious bug but latest beta doesn't detect physical ram above 4gb's atm.
