Attention all Windows 7 users

Windows 7 uses its own video decoders and you cant use CCCP without changing the default settings

Well actually you can, if you use the included Media Player Classic as is recommended, you will find that it is specially built so that the default settings are the best settings for most users.

There are other DirectShow players that allow you to specify what filters you want to use too, so it is really only an issue for those who love the players that do not.
Also you didn't name any apps affected there, so your post makes little sense as is.
